Payment
All payments must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson.Teachers will not book a lesson until payment has been received in full.
Cancellation
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel a lesson. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited. The only exception to this policy is a doctor’s note. The note must include the doctor’s name, clinic address, and telephone number. All notes submitted are subject to verification. If a note cannot be verified, the lesson will be forfeited.
